Last saturday , we went to a "çi köfte" party ! When Murat told what kind of food it was, raw meat with spices, mixed by hand... i was kind of very suspicious, and ready not to eat that evening...But finally , they cooked the meat, so I was polite enough to try at least one piece, but too spicy for me... Luckily Murat had cooked a meze also, so i ate this ;-)
It was Ci Köfte and Raki, all what i dont like, so i baught myself a bottle of wine, and I also made my so famous chocolate cake ! Yeah , I know .... I'm so French ... :-p
So there were 3 Turkish, one swedish and a slovenian girl + us .
The party took place in one of those so famous student Corridors ! It was the first time i was seeing this kind of accomodation, but those are not as bad as what I thought ! Brand new, with Ikea furnitures . 8 people are sharing the corridor, i know now why it is called "corridor" because each flat/room are located in a big corridor, at the end of it is the sharing kitchen/ living room with sofa and TV... Not bad at all ! And each flat has its own bathroom.
Yesterday we went to this great greek restaurant ! So greek decoration, and music, it was funny, but we were happily surprised, the food was really great , similar to Turkish food, but really nice ! I had beef flamed with Oozo , very good ! We might go there again with a group of friends next time !

Ci Kofte is a food that may make a dynamite effect in one's stomach... It should be carved with special meat, it is really risky to eat raw meat in Sweden... And from the photos I can say ir seems disgusiting and so wet, it needs more bulgur...
You would better eat "Kleftico" in Greek restaurant, but you don't eat lamb anyway, but your beloved Murat adores kleftico be sure
Well, i would say that i trust more the swedish raw meat than the turkish meat they sell in the street (like in Adana) ;-) But anyway, I dont eat any of those ! My stomach is indeed not used to that, i get sick immediatly , even after a normal barbecue...
noooo,
Adana'a nonhygienic meat is the best ever... Be sure, selling meat outside is a some sort of vaccination ::))) the meat get used to the viruses outside, ha ha ha
ula sığır, buna herkes elini sokmuş bu çiğ köfteden hayır gelmez
Which means ,Manaw ? ;-)
it is very difficult to translate my last words into English, ask your cardın = Murat to answer it and translate
